Information you provided and how to use

Your personal information will be provided to us when you create an account on one of our sites and sign up to receive offers or information, or use our website to book your private jet. Also, when you visit our website or download and use our apps, we collect this information through automated technologies such as cookies placed in your browser with your consent. This platform does not handle children under 16 years of age. However, due to the nature of our services, ZETCAB may retain and collect travel information for children under the age of 16, to comply with the airline for safety or security reasons or other transport reasons when clients need it.

If we learn that we have received and collected personal information of a child under the age of 16 without parental or guardian consent, we will delete the information. The different types of information collected about ZETCAB customers and users of the platform include:

Data retention period

We hold your information for as long as necessary to implement the purpose for which it was collected (“storage”). The retention period must not exceed 26 months from the time we collect it.

  • ZETCAB Information provided by filling out a form on the platform, including information provided during ZETCAB applicant registration (“registration”) by purchasing our services or requesting services from a ZETCAB consultant. You may also request information when participating in competitions or promotions we sponsor and when reporting issues to the platform. We collect each user’s name, e-mail address, and phone number at the time of current registration. For customers using our services, payment preferences, address, passenger name, company (if applicable), preferred communication language, passenger’s date of birth, and a copy of government-issued identification (e.g. passport, ID card, etc.). Upon registration, we create a user profile to provide the best-personalized user experience according to your needs and requirements. This user profile may contain information about you, such as your favorite airports, services, catering preferences, and related information you provide to organize your flight.



ZETCAB Information provided by filling out the form on the platform, including information provided while purchasing ZETCAB’s services or requesting services from ZETCAB’s counselors and registering as a ZETCAB applicant.

Records and copies of communications with ZETCAB mails, text messages, or other electronic messages.

  • Responses to surveys that may be requested for survey purposes.
  • Your opinions that can be collected through customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the quality of service and for marketing purposes.
  • Records of telephone conversations with ZETCAB agent;
  • Details of the service requested.
  • Search inquiries on the platform
  • Information posted or displayed by you on the ZETCAB social network account or transmitted to ZETCAB through a third party.
  • Navigation of the platform related to browsing activities and patterns such as user visit details to terminals, browsers and platforms (e.g. traffic data, logs and other communication data, this page and interactive tools) collected through automatic data collection and Interactive information technology.
  • Information about geographic location (geographic location). We collect geolocation data to find relevant charter options, determine the nearest airport, notify you of available services near your location, and tailor your experience with ZETCAB with personalized services.

We may also use these technologies to improve our services over time and collect information about your activity on third-party websites or other online services.
  • The information we automatically collect is statistical data and may include personal information and is maintained or linked with personal information collected in different ways or received from third parties to improve the platform and provide better customized services for estimation. By storing information about Google’s audience size, usage patterns, and preferences, you can customize the platforms and services we offer to accelerate your search and recognize you when you return to the platform.
  • When applying for a position at ZETCAB, personal information such as name, email address, phone number, address, and additional information such as resume, education, employment history, skills, licenses and certifications is collected. ZETCAB will use the information you provide to assess your eligibility and determine if you are interested in scheduling an interview.

Technologies used for automated data collection include:

  • Device ID, which is a unique device identification associated with a mobile device. You can limit device ID tracking by editing your mobile device’s settings. Nevertheless, restricting device ID tracking can affect functionality and application access.
  • Use satellite data to determine localization by tracking the device’s location, including the Global Positioning System (GPS). You can turn off location tracking by turning off location features in your mobile device settings. Nevertheless, disabling this feature may change your access to the application and/or some features.
  • Cookies, which are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or mobile application. It is used to recognize the computer when moving between pages on a website or when returning to a website or mobile application that was previously visited. ZETCAB creates accounts and verifies system and server integrity across multiple devices. Some web beacons can be disabled by adjusting your browser or email settings, or by installing browser add-ons.
  • Server Logs are log files that are automatically generated and maintained by the server to track activities performed. It cannot be disabled by the user.

We use the information and collect from you for the following purposes:

  • Manage and fulfill services and provide post-service management.
  • Provide access to the platform, maintain interconnection of ZETCAB accounts across multiple devices, and participate in interactive features.
  • Provides account notices, including billing and other purposes.
  • Handle special inquiries and requests.
  • Send service-related communications, including notification and management messages, such as order confirmation.
  • Understand how to use the platform so that you can conduct market research to continuously improve the platform, services and other services and optimize operational and allocated resources.
  • Prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities in an effort to keep the platform secure.
  • Fulfill our obligations and enforce our rights arising out of contracts entered into between you and us, including billing and collection.
  • Notify you of changes to the platform, products and services.

The collection, storage, use and transmission of personal data by ZETCAB is based on (i) express consent, which may be withdrawn at any point in time (see section how to individuals access, edit, delete or transmit for details). Like most platforms, ZETCAB records IP addresses and uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize and experience users. It is customizable and provides information about how visitors access our platform. See below for more information on how we use cookies and related technologies.

What is a cookie?
